Located in the heart of Kinshasa, between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Athénée de la Gombe, this landmark project consists of two twin towers (20 and 16 stories). It houses the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Budget, a 3,000-seat auditorium, and a luxury 5-star hotel. As a symbol of national development, the project demanded the highest standards of interior decoration.
The client spent 5 months touring multiple provinces in China to find a supplier that met rigorous international safety certifications (Fireproof Class B) suitable for presidential and ministerial offices. * Visual Consistency: With over 20,000 square meters of decoration, maintaining 100% color consistency across walls, doors, and cabinetry was critical. * Tight Timeline: The project had a strict deadline for the December 2023 inauguration, requiring a supplier with massive production capacity and fast delivery
Gooday/Melinco provided a comprehensive “One-Stop Interior Solution” that perfectly balanced aesthetics and performance:
1:1 Same Color System: We utilized our exclusive technology to ensure the WPC Wall Panels, Integrated Doors, and Cabinetry shared the exact same texture and color tone, creating a seamless, high-end look.
Product Selection: We selected the 176 Fluted Decor Panel and 180 Convex Decor Panel combined with Hollow 600 Panels. These materials are eco-friendly (ENF Grade), waterproof, and durable enough for high-traffic government buildings.
Customization: We provided customized decorative lines and invisible door systems to match the modern architectural style.
The project was successfully completed and inaugurated in December 2023. Melinco’s materials passed all rigorous on-site inspections. The “Zero Aldehyde” eco-friendly standard provided a safe working environment for government officials. This project stands as a testament to Melinco’s ability to handle large-scale international engineering projects.
